Degree in Medicine and Surgery from the Faculty of Medicine of the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM): 2001- 2007. He specialized in Urology at the Río Hortega University Hospital in Valladolid.

Dr. Mainez currently works at the La Paz University Hospital in Madrid, as a member of the lithiasis, endourology and benign prostatic hyperplasia Dept.
